Introduction

Futa’s merchant API creates payments that payers approve in their own bank or wallet, in CDF and USD. Its public version runs today in a sandbox with synthetic issuers, hosted by Futa for the testers it invites or run on your own machine: start there.

  • First test payment: a payment from creation to its signed webhook.
  • Sandbox: the hosted sandbox and running it locally, test keys, the six test payers and its timers.
  • Payouts: the payout balance, single and bulk payouts, the futa-payout-batch-v1 file and the sandbox’s test destinations.
  • Webhooks: registering the endpoint, verifying signatures, events and retries.
  • Errors: the Error body and every code, by status.
  • Changelog: every version of the merchant contract that changed its public part.
  • API reference.true
  • The payer app’s guides, such as transfer quotes and device-signed transfer consent, for the local sandbox only: the hosted sandbox does not run the payer API yet.
